Sojo's Saint Patty's Day Weekend Recap!

In modern-day Ireland, St. Patrick's Day was traditionally known as a religious occasion. Over the years, it has been adapted in various countries becoming one of the biggest drinking days, maybe even weekends, of the year.The Senate DJ's had the honor to be apart of such a celebration, providing the entertainment for various locations throughout Philadelphia & Atlantic City.DJ Sojo started his St. Patty's Day festivities on Friday March 15th at Harrah's Pool Pajama Party located in Harrah's Resort & Casino in Atlantic City. Banging an amazing opening set at The Pool along with DJ Johnny B and headlining DJ, DJ Camilo with a special guest performance by Camron!! Sojo also shut down Harrah's Casino bar, X-bar.

 

 

The real Saint Patrick Day Extravaganza began Saturday March 16th, at the St. Patty's Day Shamrock Celebration at The Piazza at Schmidts located in Northern Liberties Philadelphia. This day long festival began at Max's Brew Bar with DJs such as, DJ Bizz (12-1p), DJ Reed Streets(1-2p), DJ Ed Tully(2-3p) & DJ Joe Broscoe (3-4p) and Senate's own DJ Sojo (4p-2a) rocking this wild St. Patty's Day crowd with special guest Vegas natives 51 Fifty, DJ Presto One (9-10pm) graced the decks inside Max's, before DJ Sojo closed out the end of the night. In the Courtyard, bands such as Split Decision, The Rockets & Fish Out of Water rocked the stage, bringing a wedding from the hall behind the stage, outside to view all the action. With the beer flowing and Fireball hot toddy's keeping us all warm, this party with nothing short of a RAGE!!

Beginning to wrap up the weekend, DJ Sojo attended a 2Life Talent Bar Mitzvah Showcase located at The Congregation Beth El in Cherry Hill, NJ (9a-2p). As Sojo was able to collaborate with world renowned professional violinist D-Sharp (pictured below), the 2Life Talent performers showed off their skills to all the parents and children, stealing the spotlight and crushing the competition.

         

Ending the weekend, DJ Sojo Video DJ'd at his Sunday night Residency at Devotion Nightclub all new EDM Party Session Sundays. Celebrating the end of this years crazy St Patty's Day events, along with Promotion Manager Elena Coletti's Birthday! Sojo & Elena conversed about Session Sundays 2013 Easter Sunday glow party, BUNNY GLOW with special guest DJ, DJ Bonics from Wired 96.5, Reebox & Justin Timberlake and Jay-Z ticket giveaways.
