The Senate DJs

THE SENATE DJS / LEGAL

TERMS OF
USE.

Respect the site, the artists, and the work.

These terms explain the basic rules for using senatedjs.com and its invitation-only member tools.

Effective September 16, 2026

01. Acceptance

By using senatedjs.com, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms as the site changes, and the effective date above will show the latest revision.

02. What this site does

The Senate DJs is a non-commercial DJ collective. The site shares public member profiles, mixes, videos, stories, and photo archives. It also provides invitation-only tools for members. The collective does not act as a booking agent, accept payment for members, or become a party to arrangements made directly between a visitor and a member.

03. Member accounts

Member access is by invitation. Members are responsible for safeguarding their login, keeping profile information accurate, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Access may be changed, suspended, or removed when needed to protect the collective, its members, or the site.

04. Member contributions

Members remain responsible for the words, images, recordings, links, and other material they submit. By publishing material through the site, a member gives The Senate DJs permission to host, display, format, resize, and distribute that material through the site and its related promotional channels. Members should submit only material they created or have permission to use.

05. Respecting the work

The site’s identity, design, writing, graphics, and original materials belong to The Senate DJs or to the individual creators who contributed them. Music, videos, photographs, trademarks, and embedded media may also belong to their respective artists, labels, photographers, platforms, or other rights holders. Please do not copy, sell, republish, or present site material as your own without permission from the appropriate owner.

06. Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the site, attempt to bypass access controls, misuse another person’s account, scrape private member information, upload malicious code, impersonate another person, or use the site to violate another person’s rights or applicable law.

07. External services

The site may link to or embed services operated by others, including Mixcloud, SoundCloud, YouTube, Instagram, Discord, and member websites. Those services control their own content, availability, and policies. A link does not mean The Senate DJs guarantees or endorses everything on the destination site.

08. Availability and accuracy

We work to keep the site useful, accurate, and available, but content may change and services may occasionally be interrupted. The site is provided as available without a promise that every feature, link, post, or third-party player will always be complete, current, or error-free.

09. Responsibility

You are responsible for how you use information from the site and for any direct arrangements you make with a member. To the extent permitted by law, The Senate DJs is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or from third-party services linked or embedded here.

10. Contact

Questions about these terms, requests to use site material, or notices about content can be sent to senatedj@gmail.com.
